Suggested Curriculum in Information Assurance
Courses for Concentration Programs in Information Assurance at the:


Undergraduate Level Concentration
Undergraduates in Computer Science, Information Management and Computer Engineering who wish to pursue an information assurance (IA) concentration program are advised to follow course sequence outlined below:

The 600 and 900 level courses listed above allow undergraduates to register and typically consist of a mix of graduate and undergraduate students.

Concentration Project Requirements:

Students pursuing the concentration program are encouraged to complete at least one semester long project related to IA. Undergrads can complete a senior project in an IA related topic.

Graduate Level Concentration

Masters students in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or in Telecommunications can get a concentration in information assurance (IA) by following the course sequence outlined below:

Concentration Project Requirements:

Students pursuing the concentration program are encouraged to complete at least one semester long project related to IA. Graduate students can use a technical or a free elective to complete this project.
